We went into the salon with two ginormous knots in my daughter’s hair. I was scared to death that they were not going to be able to get them out and that they were going to have to cut all her hair off. Taylor was our stylist and she was absolutely amazing! She got both knots out and was very sensitive to the fact that my daughter is very tender headed. She was incredibly friendly and only had to cut a teeny part of the knot out. LOVED IT �� first of all for the round trip service they provided was AWESOMEEEEE the driver was on time very patient with the girls! When we arrived the staff welcomed us from beginning to end! Sweet and Sassy was a great experience with my daughter and friends. The ladies were very nice and attentive to the girls they took their time with them making them feel extremely special. Making there experience a great one. From welcoming them through the door and providing excellent service through the whole time we where there. Sweet and Sassy was an awesome and beautiful experience for my daughter’s 9th birthday. She and her friends were treated like princesses and you could tell the ladies doing the makeovers really enjoy children and their jobs. Will definitely be coming back again.
