RecommendedMiss Sharice was wonderful! Our nine-year old little girl had not had her hair cut in at least five years. I was a bit concerned. Her dad, an extremely nervous dad, was terrified of my little princess being disappointed in her hairdo afterwards. Miss Sharice made excellent recommendations, and a new friend who will trust her with her hair implicitly moving forward. Thank you Miss Sharice!

RecommendedMy daughter has had 3 parties at S&S but we've never had a haircut there so we decided to try it. BIG SHOUT OUT TO KIERA. she was AMAZING. great cut, styled her, hair, she was fun and energetic and made my girl feel special 100% we will deafinetly come back to see HER. I am extremely frustrated. The party girls did not move us along in a timely manner. The girls were falling asleep in the chairs from waiting. We then went into the party room for cake and presents and and were in that room about 20 mins. The girls didn’t say anything to us during that time. She then came and told me we had to leave. RecommendedWe took our 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and their service far surpassed my expectations! The staff was absolutely amazing, made sure the whole experience was so special and fun and treated her like she was the most important person! I absolutely recommend this place! Beyond thankful for them and for making this day a dream come true for my daughter!
I attended the Fall Festival event today with my two nieces and it was the most unorganized event I have ever seen. It was advertised as a big fall festival. The party hosts and princesses scrambled to determine activities and they stalled for 35 minutes before I asked about the advertised limo ride. Apparently, the limo broke down and they were not going to share that information with participants. The owner was incredibly rude and spoke down to the adults involved. We will absolutely not be back.
Honestly I was expecting more for the amount I paid. The make up, hair, and nails was the best part but literally lasted like 15 min.. they were suppose to sing and dance the girls just were just standing on stage.. The princesses didn’t look great. My daughter was scared of them.. I understand they are just costumes, but the least they could do was comb their wigs.. I mean I paid $50 PER princess.. it looked like they grabbed their wig out of a drawer and just threw it on. Then we rode in the limo.. the music did not work a... read more
