If you can't make a cake that somebody requests just say that, don't take their money then sell them something they didn't ask for. Your customer service skills are trash.
they totally messed up my friends caKE made it racist and didnt even give her 117.00 dollars back for a cake she didnt even ask for. they were very rude and disrespectful to her... a bunch if trash and it didnt even taste good. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
My friend requested a cake made like the one on the left of a young “drawing” Black child. She provided a photo of her gorgeous daughter for reference and this cake shop thought turning her daughters face on a cake and painting black frosting on it was ok. This is not ok. And when asked about it as the customer was not happy- they said the staff liked it so nothing was wrong. That is not ok. This cake is not ok. My neighbor told me how much he enjoyed the donuts and after years of driving near, he had a birthday so I picked up a dozen yesterday. Definitely delicious and worth it! The staff was also unbelievably kind!!
Husband and I finally stopped by today after a year of telling each other we wanted to go. the atmosphere was great, staff friendly and accomidating, and the bakery was both beautiful and delicious! Highly recommended! I hope to try their coffee drinks when I'm not pregnant and the smell of coffee and amount of caffine is no longer an issue!
i had a custom cake made for my husband for father's day and the cake turned out more than what i expected!
