Pictures speak a thousand words. The left is what was asked for. The right is what they delivered. When the mom spoke out they provided terrible customer service and instead patted themselves on the back for a job well done. This is a classic case of cake wreck if there ever was one - she deserves her money back and a public apology. My daughter got engaged this week - we will steer clear from this awful bakery!

This place is not worth your time. They cannot follow simple requests. They are over priced, they make awful mistakes and they simply do not know how to handle themselves professionally. They are not proper or precise and they extremely lack customer service skills.

Culturally insensitive staff, management, and decorators. Taking a cute character from Boss Baby and then making a cake with an afro. You don't deserve any business.

Shame on you! you print a picture and create a black hairstyle on it with black frosting and charge a 117.00 for that mess, when it isn't remotely what was asked for? I'll never order from you again. make it right or I'll make sure all of Waukesha knows what you did, and trust me, I'll make it happen!

awful customer service, can not adequately decorate or follow customer instructions, refused to refund a $117 cake that was honestly insulting and ignorant and no where near what was requested
do NOT waste your money here. if there is an issue, they will not correct it, or even apologize. horrible costumer service and the racism is inexcusable.
My friend ordered a birthday cake of her daughter. The birthday cake looked NOTHING like what she was requested. The staff refused a refund and my friend is out $117 + whatever she paid for a replacement cake elsewhere. You should be ashamed of yourselves Sweet Perfections.
