👎👎👎 disrespectful company trying to save their own butts by posting a fake response when they’ve yet to speak to the actual customer of the notorious cake for a beautiful baby that they ended up making incredibly offensive.
That cake was so distasteful
Rude customer service and seems to have a staff that does not care about the quality of product they produce. They refused to refund initially and think that they are going to get away with some fake apologies because they’re under some heat. Dont take peoples money if you are UNABLE to DELIVER what they paid for. The fact your decorator was GIVEN AND PROVIDED A PHOTO of how she wanted her cake to look like and you completely disregarded it is bullcrap. when she expressed the fact she was UNSATISFIED with the cake and the fact it was NOT WHAT SHE ASKED FOR an APOLOGY and FULL REFUND should have been issued IMMEDIATELY. your customer service is TRASH. See Mike needs to shut the hell up, because clearly he does not know about culture! Your true colors and keyboard warrior courage speaks volumes! When people can say they saw nothing wrong with the cake. The image provided vs. what was produced. It wasn't the taste in question, it was the final image! It's simple, they were given a photo to go by and they failed tremendously. Acknowledge the error, learn from it, make it right and move on.
The cake itself and the customer service you provided (or rather, did not provide) is 1000% unacceptable. This cake IN NO WAY reflects the picture provided you. If you were unable to recreate the vision, you should have expressed that.
