I am livid! The theme for my goddaughter’s 5th birthday was “Black Girl Magic” and you all produce/deliver this?!!!! Please understand how damaging this could have been to this little black girl’s confidence! Thank God she has a mother who loves on her deeply and tells her every day that her black is beautiful. You all oughta be ashamed, but instead you showed no compassion or remorse! Please don’t resume business until you understand black lives matter.

Obviously can’t make a simple cake even when provided with a picture. Rude staff and horrible customer service. Don’t waste your money.

Horrible delivery of expectations and customer service. Presented a picture of Boss Baby and received a cake that resembled nothing like it.
Bad customer service. Cakes are garbage quality.
Charging over $100 for a cake that is absolutely nothing like what the customer requested and not listening to the complaints? That's bad business and I definitely won't be supporting a business that can't be respectful to Black customers

A cake was ordered to look like the first picture, and then looked like second one. The picture was sent when ordered. This is unacceptable. When stated that it wasn’t what was ordered, the staff argued and refused to replace or refund. 0/10 recommend. Bad customer service. Bad design. If you are thinking of going here, don’t.
