Just tried to have a business meeting at this establishment which used to be one of my favorites and was treated incredibly rude and told that "we don't encourage business meetings here" and there were empty tables. Planning to contact the owner and the alderman because this was unacceptable after payment and a good tip!

Super food. Disrespectful and rude service by the management. This morning, my colleague and I met for business over breakfast. While the food was outstanding, the management hovered and continually encouraged us to move on. We were told that Sweet Maple Cafe does not encourage business meetings in their establishment. Food & service was excellent for this little spot. My friend told me about me & I really enjoyed it. Wanted to try a different brunch place & I would definitely come back again
