1 star for customer service. My family and I had the same waitress for both of our visits. The first visit was in February and the 2nd and final visit was on weds November 25,2015. On our first visit it was only my husband and I and the waitress was really rude and rushed us through our lunch. So I gave the place a 2nd chance thinking maybe the waitress was just having a bad day. This last visit was for my sisters birthday and it was ruined by this same waitress. Excellent food and a good atmosphere where you can just relax and enjoy yourself!
Everything was less than satisfying. From the decor to the food to the atmosphere to the horrible wireless reception & no Wifi. I visited another cafe not even a block away a few days prior & an elderly woman recommended this establishment. I decided i'd check them out next go round, after researching reviews & pics on Google I was sold...the pics of the biscuits singlehandedly did it for me, but not only did I not get the opportunity to experience the biscuits because they were out of them but my entire order was compromise... read more
