My daughter flew in from Georgia to see her fiance and to try on dresses and see family. Everything was fine and she did find several dresses she really liked. She was then told, somewhat rudely, that her time was up and that they could not help her anymore. No mention of a time limit when booking the appointment. Woops! You just lost a cash paying customer and a sale. Whoever you are you might want to practice on interpersonal communication.

RecommendedI just left there, a few hours ago. My son ordered a tux for prom, and was picking it up. The tux was ready when we got there. The customer service was outstanding and friendly. The store is clean and well organized. My 16 yr old son and his date went together to find this tux. I'm glad they found this store, on their own. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any formal wear occasion.

At the end of the day, she went the extra mile to make me and my family feel valued and welcomed! I left with my dream dress and the biggest smile on my face!
initially I was not going to post a review for this company but I am very upset by the way my experience went I came to this store today and found the PERFECT dress for my wedding, it fit me perfect,I got the price for the dress and any alterations and was willing to pay the price I asked the young lady who was assisting me how much would the down payment be and I was advised that the down payment is whatever I could put down today would take the dress off of the rack, so I decided to get the dress well I go to get the down ... read more

The staff is great and Patti the owner worked exclusively with us! My daughter found the perfect dress and had the perfect experience too! This is a top notch shop! Don’t pass it by when searching for your dream dress!
