Dress shopping should be a fun and enjoyable experience. At sweet illusions it was nothing of the sort. They were unorganized, rude and when the dresses showed up in the wrong color they had the nerve to call us liars just trying to get a discount. This is a poorly run hole in the wall and you would be better served taking your business elsewhere.
Thanks to the wonderful ladies I felt like a Queen on my wedding day ladies if your looking for “The” dress please go see Patty and her beautiful staff and look at my wonderful husband sweet illusions has tuxedos also one stop shop lol thanks patty I loved my dress
The owner of Sweet Illusions and the employees were extremely helpful in finding the perfect pageant dress! They were so kind and always helped zip or hook the dresses in a professional manner. As I would walk out of the dressing room in a dress, they would be getting the next one ready for me. Their shop is beautiful and very clean! I would recommend Sweet Illusions to anyone and everyone!
Man, I was so so excited to come in and look around today with my mom; this was my only day off that the store was open. Store was busy, so we started looking around ourselves. About 20 minutes into our search, which was becoming very productive, we literally had the dresses taken out of our hands and told to leave since we did not have an appointment. Extremely poor customer service. With so many other options, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
RecommendedThis should be anyone’s first stop when trying to find a wedding dress! Everyone is extremely helpful and very knowledgeable when it comes to brands, styles and trends. I didn’t know what to expect at my appointment but everyone there made it fun and it was a breeze! You won’t feel rushed, and you are sure to find the perfect dress! Highly recommend!

My family and I had a GREAT experience at Sweet Illusion! Patty listened to what I liked and stayed within my budget finding dresses, unlike other places that will try to push you out of your price range. She was super helpful and honest about what was the most flattering on me when I wanted her opinion. They even offer free storage so my groom can’t see the dress! I’m so glad I said yes at Sweet Illusion!
My niece and I went to Sweet Illusion and found the perfect dress. Great staff and selection.
