Sweet illusions Worst experience ever! Several of the girls have no idea what’s even going on in this shop. The owner, Pattie.. that’s another story 😤 - First try on experience for my Maid of Honor was Terrible as Pattie argued with us on why I was there with only one girl - does it matter?? All of the employees were awesome!!! We found my best friends wedding dress at a great price and it was stunning. Most of our bridal crew used them for alterations as well and everything fit perfectly! I had procrastinated on getting my dress altered and they saved me by getting it done the day before the wedding. We will definitely use them again.

Paid for express or whatever dress showed up 2 weeks later than was told it would, they would only allow us in for fitting before 5pm during the week (when I as a normal person have to work) dress was altered there did a simple walk in flip flops wore heeled shoes with it at the wedding and was stepping all over it walking normal walking up and down stairs seamstress said it was me not her work very argumentative the seam on the cheat busted would not recommend this place at all especially for alterations she was very rude

You were pinned to your flip flops. I pinned your dress to the correct length, which you stated at the time was good. Patty was incredibly rude and confrontational. If we hadn’t already paid for the dress I would never step foot in there again. Extremely unprofessional, aggressive, and flat out hateful.

Riley Im sorry if asking you to comply with our wearing masks while in the building policy was extreme. We post it throughout the store and in the front doors as you walk in. Our policy isn't to make customers upset or confrontational, but to ensure my customers and employees wellbeing. I can totally understand that you may feel excempt from this policy but unfortunately for you it is for every customer that walks through our doors. My sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
I absolutely LOVE my dress. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Only thing is that my bustling broke within the first hour of the reception. So I was stuck having a train and getting it stepped on all night. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience!

My experience was so great! The atmosphere was perfect and I had such amazing help. Definitely recommend!
So so helpful, not pushy, and with great prices. I am so excited to keep working with them when it comes time for alterations. 1 and done kind of store. Won’t need to go anywhere else 😍 ps. Thankful they require masks so we were able to come shop there. Being a healthcare provider I appreciate them keeping it safe and following guidelines.
