Dan the man is what I call him for his responsiveness and can do attitude. Dan has sold multiple properties for me in a short time period and is always on the look out for the next deal. He always has my best interest at the front of the decisions he helps me make be it on the buy or sale side. Shane knows real estate development so that is a big plus for feasibility and due diligence. I would highly recommend their office for all of your real estate needs.
