Your staff treated me like I was a junkie in search of drugs after I was hit by a van. Laughed at my boyfriend over the phone when he called to express how frustrated we both were. RecommendedMy husband and I had our youngest daughter here! In what could have been such a scary time the doctors and nurses made us feel so comfortable and so right at home. Our child had to stay in the NICU for 12 days and it ended up being our home for 12 days and they never made us feel unwelcome or in the way. A relative asked for the price of an X-ray procedure and was given a quote by the “financial advisor.” Procedure was done within hours of getting the quote. And then the bill to the patient came in for 9 to 10 times the quoted cost.
You guys need to look into Dr. Moen in First Hill Downtown Seattle location. What kind of doctor hears that a patient has severe anxiety and refuses to refer them to the proper doctor? When I asked for a referral to the Anxiety Specialists in Seattle, his response was, "I can write a referral letter, but I don't know what the reason would be."! Then he proceeded to say they have a psychologist "in house" that can help. She may be a good one, but I have GAD and wanted to see anxiety specialists. Anything I wanted a referral f... read more

I was in Emergency Department at Swedish First Hill on Wednesday night. The medical care was great; top notch. However this place is DANGEROUS. It’s well known that Seattle has residents with both psychiatric illness and drug addiction. Unlike every other ED in Seattle this hospital has no meaningful security.
