Today is October 7th and I continue to have issues since my service date of March. I received a bill from Swedish that my insurance had denied because the provider added incorrect billing codes so my insurance denied the claim. On August 21 I called my insurance and they began reprocessing the claim, but when I called Swedish the same day and told them this information they told me that if I didn't pay or set up a payment plan by Oct 8th that I would be sent to collections.
