Ok so im not a new dad as my beautiful daughter faythe entered my life just over a year ago but seeing Emberlyn being born has changed me. As she entered the world her cord was wrapped 2 times around her neck. She was blue from lack of oxygen. I was so scared I was going to see my daughter being born and die in the same breath as i held it once i saw she was blue. I have never been so terrified in my life as I was in that very moment in time. It only lasted a few seconds but in my mind it was an eternity. Thankfully Dr Lee a... read more
The staff was absolutely amazing, from the emergency department to the day surgery staff. Seriously, i don't think i could have had a better experience at a hospital. Any future surgical or urgent medical needs will be done through them. ❤❤❤ Very thorough and efficient.
My husband was in Swedish Edmonds from March 18th thru April 2nd, Covid19 patient. He was in ICU on ventilator for 7 days in room 310. We can’t say how much we are grateful to all staff. They saved his life. He had viral pneumonia, ARDS, septic shock. Doctors and nurses did almost impossible. They provided the best possible care for him, nurses were all he had at that time, they talked to him while he was deeply sedated. I talked to nurses every day a few times, they were so loving and understanding. He felt my love thru eac... read more
Thank you Swedish Edmonds Emergency and Hospital for caring for my husband and taking his condition seriously. They saw what was wrong with him and acted on it. We will be going to Swedish again, if needed.
I want to thank Swedish Edmonds Hospital for such great people who took such great care of me... especially since I drove myself in. All of the staff was wonderful, they listened, they were on top of things, and I felt in a great environment knowing I would get better. I knew that I was in a life threatening situation with what I had, and I was grateful that it was all thoroughly and promptly taken care of... wonderful Doc's! Nurses of all kinds! and kind people behind computers, including hearing the whistling of the Hunger... read more
I was taken here in July of 2018 due to breathing issues by ambulance and the people in the ER were very attentive. I wasn't impressed with the hospital room at all, however, when I had to stay overnight. It was very drab and dreary, however, I felt like the care I received was good. I am currently going to Swedish Edmonds through their bereavement program due to the loss of my husband and the meetings I have attended through "The Early Days of Grief" have been very helpful.
ED You suck! First you can’t find me in the system ? Then question if I’m sure I had my surgery with you guys not even a week ago as I’m standing in agony only to keep calling over more people who seem clueless and even after I give my medical record number with them they still question if I’m positive my surgery was with them. I tell them I was in car crash and having hard time breathing and in pain where I had surgery.....and they still seem confused. Yup not being seen in your ER. Peace out! Incompetence at its finest.
