I would stay clear of this store. it is full of people who have no product knowledge whatsoever, there warranty is a joke it only covers crystals nothing else. The product is cheap and not even really gold plated, Its gold toned. jewelry does not tarnish because only silver tarnishes which is no where in the metal alloys that they use. they will say the earrings are hypo allergenic which is not the case. corporate does nothing to help to fix problems and the store team barely acknowledges you when you walk in or need assista... read more

For the high price, the jewelry is beautiful at first glance, but unfortunately not worth the cost. The pieces are extremely delicate and prone to breaking. The clamps are loose and bend over time, and even something as simple as wearing a bracelet can cause it to snap off. I purchased three pieces, and all of them showed the same fragility. While the jewelry has a solid look, it feels more like “fast fashion” quality — comparable to something you’d find at H&M. Bought a necklace and earrings. My friend was unable to exchange the gift (with the receipt) because they needed the original card. I went with her several weeks later to only be told oh its past a month and you cant return / exchange it now. I will never buy anything from here again. What is the point of buying a gift if the person cant exchange it. Was never told about the policy and the person pointed to a see through block sitting at the side of the counter as if that makes it right.

They have very good collection and the staff there are really helpful. If i want to shop in Swarovski from now on i will only come to this location.
