Bought a necklace and earrings. My friend was unable to exchange the gift (with the receipt) because they needed the original card. I went with her several weeks later to only be told oh its past a month and you cant return / exchange it now. I will never buy anything from here again. What is the point of buying a gift if the person cant exchange it. Was never told about the policy and the person pointed to a see through block sitting at the side of the counter as if that makes it right.

They have very good collection and the staff there are really helpful. If i want to shop in Swarovski from now on i will only come to this location.
