I've been going to Dr. Swanson's office for over 25 years (started with Kris's dad Richard). The care and attention to detail has always been first rate. I'm a small business owner and know the importance of customer service. Kris provides the best in dental care and a first rate clinic.
This is the best dental experience that I ever had. The staff and doctor where great.
i feel like he doesn't listen to patients need, at least in my case. There is no connection between the dentist and patient, other than a quick look at cleaning appoinment.
Dr. Swanson is a thorough, serious yet comfortable dentist. The office is very pleasant & professional & they work very hard to please their patients. They can be irritatingly persistent in trying to make your next appointments, but that has actually been a help for procrastinators like me. Our family has had only routine dental work (exams, fillings, crowns replaced) but we are extremely happy with their office. I assume his prices are similar to those in the area. He comes very highly recommended from our family.
I would not recommend this practice. Work was substandard and led to other complications. Billing inaccurate (get a written quote!).
He is a very friendly Doctor who pays very close attention to detail. He looks out for the patients best interest. Great person as well.
This guy is one of the best dentists that I have ever used. His facilities are like that of a Four Seasons Hotel and you are treated as such. Not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. David Sammamish WA
