I found Dr Mike Swann to be arrogant and condescending. I’d never use a place like this with such an offensive doctor.
RecommendedEfficient, personable, and professional
I was there for an annual skin check. I left home early to do some other errands and when I arrived my appointment had been canceled because of an emergency with autumns family member. I left home prior to receiving the call. They got me in to see another doctor almost immediately and was given excellent attention. This was very much appreciated. This was exceptional customer service. Always a great place to visit and this pushed them over the top as far as I’m concerned. Always a very professional atmosphere when visiting.

This was my first Mohs surgery. The entire staff and medical team were excellent and efficient with my care. They were very professional and explained everything as the procedure was completed. I have another lesion to be removed next week and I feel confident in returning to their clinic for this surgery. I definitely recommend the entire team.
The staff was efficient and well organized. They went out of their way to make me feel at ease in a very stressful situation. Dr. Swann Is awesome! I highly recommend this office if you are in need of a dermatologist.
The staff were all friendly and professional. I had NO pain and very little discomfort during the procedure. All in all, the best surgery I've had in a long time! (Much more enjoyable than my last colonoscopy !! )
