Very professional and accurate service
My dermatologist recommended Dr. Swann to me because I had cancer on my cheek. My appointment was January 9 yesterday. When I was called in the assistant prepared me then Dr. Swann cut a piece from my cheek and at the lab they decided there was some cancer left so he cut out a little bit more. This time they got all the cancer out. It took about 60 stitches to completely close the wound. What I want you to understand is that was absolutely no I mean no pain at all. I went to Swann as a new patient recently and had a great experience with Nathan and his assistant/nurse, although I can’t remember her name! She was very sweet, and they both made me feel comfortable. I look forward to continuing my skin care with their office.
Everyone on staff was very kind and courteous. Very caring. Good experience. Very thorough.
They were very pleasant, timely and respectful. They answered all questions and even though I was having a bad day were understanding and caring.
This office is extremely efficient. Appointment times are met precisely. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. In spite of my numerous surgeries my experience has been very good. They are much more thorough than other Dermatology clinics I have been to.
Let me start by saying that I absolutely adored Jasmine.. with that being said. I was HIGHLY disappointed in Swann Dermatology. From the billing department all the way to the lack of patient care. I was SO incredibly disappointed in the services I paid for and did NOT receive. I planned my procedures before the holidays so I could look great for my client parties etc.. instead I ended up missing EVERY event bc my face looked worse then it did before my procedures.
