Horrible customer service. They don't take returns but will give you a gift card after you spent good money with them. Poor quality . please don't waste your money.
I rate at a honest zero. My mistake I didn't read reviews before purchasing I just seen you tube video and didnt do my homework on this company. Swank A Posh is a scam. They expect you to return items that don’t fit within 14 days, WITH a 20% restocking fee, on top of that, you can’t get the money back you paid for items, you can only get a gift card! Bad business ethic!! The clothes are not made well. The jeans are ridiculously expensive and ill-fitting, the pant sets are thin, and my personal opinion is just because they make an outfit in a 3X doesn’t mean it’s right for a 3X lady’s body type. Placed an order after several advertisements popped up on my social media. The jeans are not cheap by any means and shipping is $10 on top of that. I did not receive a confirmation email until the day after a placed an order and few days later (4-5 days) I was sent another email that the package was shipped. I have to say that at this moment I am just livid!! I ordered 2 size 2X pants and they got one right but shipped me a 1X with a 2X tag on it!! I emailed them and called them nothing!!The 2X fit perfectly,So why they gave me a 1X I honestly don’t know!! I still have my invoice and return form!! I just hope someone contact me soon but that’s not cool!! First time ordering from them!! But I don’t think I will again!
I ordered 2 pair of jeans and only received 1 pair. I can't get anyone to answer the phone or respond via email. Very bad buisness.
