My first time ordering off Swank A Posh over $110. Two lady track suites. Pants to big top to small. Plus the color wasn’t matched up the website. I submitted for a refund only to learn there is no actual refund you can only get a store credit. I don’t want a store credit would like my money back. I received theses items the same day. I am a online shopper but this is ridiculous this store should understand online items often don’t fit. Never again.
I totally agree with u ladies, the customer service is TERRIBLE. I ordered some items a month ago, 2 of the sets I didn't even get and I'm still waiting for my refund. They had the nerve to email me saying they refunded me $25 and that's a total lie. I haven't received any refund AT ALL. I'm so pissed cause this doesn't make any sense at all. They should be ashamed of themselves for purposely lying to people, but this is most definitely a lesson learned for me👎😡
This company is terrible about sending items out to its customers. I paid over $100 for 2 items on a Monday morning, the following Monday(7days later), my order hasn't even been processed for shipment and i paid $9.95 for that. Unreal!!!! Wouldn't be so bad if they disclosed it on the website. Be straight forward and tell your customers that shipping takes 3 weeks! Terrible. Don’t order. Shipping was normal. However I ordered according to their size chart which is so off. The size I ordered would not have fit my kid. To top it off they do t take returns. So I get a store credit w a company that can’t size their clothes to save their life. Ridiculous
Terrible. I ordered a week ago. Got an tracking # 5 days ago but package was never picked up by USPS. When I checked order status on the website it says shipped. Luckily got thru to an agent and she claimed that it was still being processed in their warehouse and was given an estimated delivery that was three weeks out and blamed status on COVID-19. Order #155530 I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I wasted time and money but the beauty of it all is that my bank will reverse the charges. I ordered an outfit for my wedding reception which I still have not received. I have reached out via email and Facebook and have yet to receive a reply.
