Ordered distressed jeans in a size 11 and 2 Superga jeans. I wear a size 9 and they didn’t fit correctly. Tried to return the distressed jeans to exchange for a bigger size but never receive information for returning. No label just an email saying they can be returned. No shipping address or anything. Also the zippers on all of the pants I bought do not work properly or break easily . Only gave two starts because the stretch I great but overall quality is horrible and not worth the money.
Save your money and buy something cheap and cute from WalMart or Target. The clothing is of cheap quality for the price. And the sizings are horrible. Customer service regarding refunds and exchanges is not great. I had to contact my bank to get my money back.
This place is very bad for business. I really do not do online especially when it comes to clothes shopping because of this reason. Purchased some items to go on vacation, couldn’t fit so I returned them. Now they’re telling me that I have to wait a week for a store credit and that I can’t exchange until the items are approved for return. Not gonna be purchasing from them ever again

Hey I just want you guys to know the service that I’ve received has been quite disturbing. Your online customer support team is null and unattended basically completely unprofessional. Your taking peoples money and not communicating properly about transactions in process and I just got off the phone with a representative via phone that experience was horrible. Cheap material, sizing is way inaccurate, and they pretty much lied about returns. I emailed about getting an exchange, yet was told they do not do exchanges. When I began to do the return process, I was given an option to exchange. Messy. I also don't like the fact that I am getting a gift card instead of my money back. I don't want anything else. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! I ordered one pair of jeans and two track suits on February 18 and never receive my package. They’ve been stuck in transit since February 18 I sent them proof from the post office and they still told me that I had to reach out to the post office. The post office did a investigation and nothing was found!! Also their Customer service sucks and is no help at all! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I've ordered from this place several times and never had a problem! Everything is super cute and fits perfect. Shipping is always fast so I'll definitely continue to shop here.
The jeans are bomb, but the customer service is trash. Over a month ago I ordered two pairs of jeans from them, and don't get me wrong, the jeans are absolutely fabulous. HOWEVER, I ordered two size large jeans and received one large and one medium jean that were both in packaging labeled large.
