Giving low rating because of the terrible return policy. As a consumer I should not be penalized for not liking items that I tried. This store I'm sure has great products but they will lose more online shoppers due to this issue. I paid $38 for my order and I wanted to return the items I received. I was only offered a $25 gift card for the store. Not to mention I would need to cover the payment for the shipping label and shipping fees. Two of these reviews reference EXACTLY what happened to me. Payed thru paypal order got canceled. How, whu??? Item shows available. You let the order go thru but you canceled order? I straight up asked then if my order got canceled because i used PayPal. They didn't answer my question just sent the order. Fed ex package had a delivery date but dissappeared in Memphis! HORRIBLE!!!!! Return policy is really no policy. The pants were $15. Needed to exchange...ok..so I paid the $9.95 processing fee THINKING that a return label would have been generated!!! Nooo NOT the case! Paid $10.95 to return via USPS.... Never again NEVER!!!
Terrible return policy! Garment never worn tried on once and has one snag, now the entire thing is falling apart! I will never shop here again! Especially online and especially during a sale.
I order during a sale not realizing that if it doesn’t fit you have to keep it regardless. I would’ve brought everything a size down! This way if it doesn’t fit it will in the future! Everything is to big and this one size fits all body heat onesie is falling apart! One snag and the entire garment is falling apart! But no exchanges and no returns on sale items. I will never shop here again! Especially while shopping online! Y’all need to find a better way to make online shopping more successful!
Used to love them, but they're changing their message. Pushing shapewear, some of the models calling the plus sized one an attention whore for speaking her mind about an absolute TRUTH in the industry, and a lot of their new releases are for size S-L only; they slowly alienate a huge portion of their audience they claimed to love and support and used to cater to. They're losing themselves and it's not cool.
Swankaposh's return policy is a chance for them to rip off customers. No cash refund, only store credit or exchange and it's designed this way to keep your money. As a first-time customer, the clothes are overpriced and too small. Poor return policy and these same items can be found on Amazon with better quality. a rip off
BEWARE!!! I placed an order on 4/3/22. The purchase went through & I wait delivery was out supposedly on 4/7/22. I never received the delivery now I send an email hey I haven't got my package. They(swankaposh) kept referring me back to fed-ex cool. So I physically go to the fed-ex warehouse wait for hours no package. I'm still emailing swankaposh giving updates. I file a fed-ex claim I have a letter from fed-ex claim closed and its states there efforts were unsuccessful. So now I call them back today mind you today is the 20... read more
