Nous y avons diné en janvier ou février 2005. Ai gardé un excellent souvenir des ribs et du groupe de country qui animait la soirée. Si un jour je devais retourner à Atlanta je ferai un petit tour par cette vieille grange tout droit sortie d'un Lucky Luck !
Bad Barbeque! – Eating here was the worst decision ever! The staff was slow, rude, and very unclean. My waitress had barbeque sauce all over her and smelled like pot. I asked the waitress if the entrée salad comes with a side item, and she gave me an annoyed glance, rubbed her nose (that touches everyone’s drink glass she serves), and walked away! great service, great food... – I loved this place. Great atmosphere, great service and good food. Lovedsitting back and listening to the band play and having a few drinks.
Terrible food! – This place came highly recommended, and it is very cute with a fun atmosphere, especially because of the great bands. However, that is where the good stuff ends. It was the worst BBQ we've ever had. "Baby back" ribs were very fatty & thick, no way could they actually be baby back. They came out cold. The pork sandwich was all the parts you just don't want to eat, very fatty. The baked beans also came out cold! One of the best meals I have had! – I saw a food show that was highlighting BBQ joints in Atl and they had a segment highlighting this place. Well let me tell you, everything the show said about this place is true. Some of the best food I have since I have lived here. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in eating some authentic down south BBQ. The portions are huge so prepare to be full when you leave here. A 5 out of 5 on my scale.
Still one of the best – I had worked for a few months in the Roswell area two years ago and fell in love with Swallow in the Hollow. Very good Bar-B-Q in the ATL area – Ice cold beer served straight out of a canoe with about 300 lbs of ice in it. Very nice! The dinner portions are more than most humans can consume and very good quality. I typically get a half order of the Baby Back Ribs which comes with two sides. change is not always good – Menu has changed for the worst...many of the items we liked are no longer there (smoked sausage, and pizza) They still have a sausage sandwich but it does not compare to the other one. More fat in the meat. Thank goodness if your going for a show you are not required to eat there. Be very careful when you think you have a confirmed accomodation (as they call it) better call and confirm. Only one dessert offered and it's ok at best.
