Showed up to an appointment at 4:35 that was scheduled at 4:30(mind you I live an hour away and with 3 small kids) and was told its not within the 5 minute threshold?? Teri had a very rude tone and mannerism within the two sentences we had. Unprofessional staff and wouldn't reccomend this place. There's obvious reasons its easy to get an appointment scheduled here, community rather venture through local businesses that value customer's just a pay check. Please look else where from personal experiences.
Great staff, good place to go. The eye doctor is very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out in a flash. Picked up some nice glasses there too.
