First time going to this location but.. A star is too much! DR. SVETLANA SIMONOVICH has no idea how to treat children. She was very rude to my daughter when she was under sedatives that she supplied her. Pressing her to move knowing that my daughter was dizzy and this "Dr" pulled her by the arm. My 10 years old daugther came out crying from Bear Creek Family Dentistry, also my other daugther, 8 years old, was crying and saying this person is very bad. Dr. Svetlana is awesome! When I needed some dental work done I went to her. She was very nice and took care of the issue. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Svetlana Simonovich might seem mean, but she is serious about taking care of her patient’s problem. She is straight forward, very thorough examining each tooth and easy to communicate with! That’s what I expect from a good and knowledgeable dentist. I am keeping her and recommending my extended family and friends to use her if she is able to help them!
Wonderful Doctor!!!!! I'm apprehensive about going to the dentist especially when having pain. She identified my issue, made sure I was comfortable and made the procedure as easy as possible. 5 star doctor I look forward to my next appointment
