Everything Steve said would be done, was done. I never had to say a word to the installers about what details to include, what was left out, or what to be careful doing. All the guys who sanded and installed our new hardwood floors were very nice and I trusted leaving them at my house while I was at work all day. Smoothest project ever with incredible results. These guys are true craftsman!
