We gutted our Kitchen and pushed out the eating area. The workers were polite,leaft everything clean and in perfect condition. Everything was great except the I didn't like the the satin finish after several months. My decorator chose the finish. After nearly 18 months my husband called them out to show them the dullness. They did a patch test of different glosses and we picked one more to our liking and the redid the top coat to a beautiful gloss.....they did not charge us but showed us what a top business they were. Very impressed with work and professionalism .....small glitch found with floor...sending QA person over to resolve tomorrow. That's the way to do business.
From start to finish absolutely the most professional and knowledgeable company ive worked with on gym floors. Steve and Eric are two guys that once youve meet them from that point on its like talking to your neighbor. My opinion you cant find any better company and two guys that are any better to work with. Iam hoping to be able to continue many years of working with SVB.
Service after installation is awful. We have cracked boards just after a year of installation. The only way we can get boards replaced is if we buy an entire pallet of boards. They tried to fix one board by sanding it down and now there is a ridge. I would not recommend using SVB.
Saw a representative at Texas toms on Linwood today. I did not notice that he was with the company until I came back from the gas station to get in my vehicle. The property management company I work for is looking to sign new contracts with another flooring company. As I tried to wave the man down he shooed me away and almost hit me as either he was scared or just thought I was a bum on the street. Who knows but this PMC will not be doing business with svb. Wonderful job, no dust, and we stayed in the house the entire time. Very professional crew. Very happy with our new floors.
