I got my hardwood floors re-finished by svb and the floor started spotting when water touched the floor. The came out and did a re-buff re coat and now anytime you walk on floor it shows every footprint and smudge . They have stated they can no longer help me. Images below are from walking on floor 15 min with no shoes as well. I will have to call someone else to fix this issue as we can’t clean floors everyday.
RecommendedWe had previously used SVB to install a hard wood floor in our great room which had to match up with flooring in the dining room and kitchen. We were so pleased with the quality work on that job that we couldn't wait to extend the wood floor into the master bedroom. So here we are a few years later with that job completed and we are thrilled with the outcome. We wouldn't even consider using any other company. The crew was fun to work with and the office staff was pleasant. We recommend them highly.
SVB just did our kitchen floors and did an excellent job. both crews that came in were awesome did a great job and were quick. we will be uaing SVB in our next house!
Took a total of 3 days to refinish kitchen and dining..first day was 5 hours..guys were prompt and courteous..days 2 and 3 one hour to hour and half..2 hour dry time. I was able to keep the dog at home and we able to function normal in our house. Better still..my kitchen floor looks amazing!!
SVB was great to work with on refinishing our hardwood floors. We couldn't be happier and got exactly what we wanted. It's wasn't just the work but their staff is great to work with as well. I would recommend anyone looking for hardwood floor work to hire SVB. You won't be disappointed!
Amazing fast results!! We only had to be off our floors for 2 hours each day after they were here. Affordable and highly recommended!!
We had SVB refinish our floors 2 weeks ago. They did an amazing job! The dust reduction system they use is top notch. We had put it off for a long time due to our last experience using another company and the mess. Don't trust other companies who claim to be dust free unless they have trucks with the vacuum's inside. Of course there is always a little dust but this was 200% better than our last job! Possibly the worst experience ever... After three attempts to get my brand new floor finished correctly, it still has shoe prints and sanding marks in the finish. Best of all, in a couple of spots, they sanded the floor down to the staples. Please contact me for pictures.
