Supposed to be a video conference call but, I could not get my camera to work I tried for 30 minutes 15 before and 15 after. I will never try to do that again I got a bill for $50 which is ridiculous I tried I cannot help if the camera would not work, had permission to work with video, very upsetting $50 charge I'm a senior on Social Security.
Suzette was very caring and made me feeling comfortable! She explained in details and I under stood since I was Assistant Director of Physician Service for a Nephrologist Group called Nani, Nephrology Associate of Northern Illinois, and Indiana.
