Dr Roberts and his staff have been helping me and my family feel better for years and I highly recommend him and his staff.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BEING OVERCHARGED! After Dr. Hentz left the room after my annual exam, a nurse asked if I wanted to get blood work while I was there. I told her I didn’t think it was necessary and that I was fine. She then informed me it would be covered by insurance. I said in that case, I might as well. Afterwards, I checked out at the reception desk and paid my co-pay. A few weeks later, I had an invoice from Dr. Hent'z office stating I owe $207 for services not covered by my insurance.
