I had read these reviews and was sceptical of seeing Dr. Hentz. I did want a female doctor and only had a few to choose from due to my insurance. I scheduled an appointment and the women on the phone was very nice and scheduled an appointment to best fit my schedule. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and felt comfortable. Their are couches to sit on in the waitroom instead of uncomfortable chairs, and also a coffee machine! I was called in by a wonderful nurse that walked me to my room. I was in and out fast. Pretty good pricing when I called around the charges were crazy,but when I came in I was shocked at how low they were. i'll be coming back for sure
