Mallicent is so amazing, instead of feeling like I was in a office I felt like I've caught up with a old friend , friendly staff very welcoming
I have been using A Pet's Friend since 1989 and as far as I am concerned I can't imagine using any other Vets. Dr.Walsh and Dr. B are truly wonderful people and my dogs and cats over the years I am sure agree.

Great Service. Just took in our new puppy and couldn't be more pleased with the service and care. Rochester Vet is close, convenient and caring. They have cared for our two older dogs 14 and 15 and have always been there for us with easy appointment scheduling and great care. We will bring our new puppy there for all her appointment needs.

Dr. Walsh and Dr. B have been seeing our pet's for years. I consider them as members of our family and that is how they treat my furry children. They have been there for emergencies, the nervous phone calls from a concerned pet parent to difficult decisions made when the time comes to let go of a beloved baby. I have never considered taking my pets anywhere else and am grateful for the care not only my pet's receive but the way my family is treated and made aware of the care needed for my pets.
