DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! OUR CARS ARE BEING BROKEN INTO ALMOST EVERY NIGHT, OUR PACKAGES ARE BEING STOLEN AND THE APARTMENT AND POLICE DO NOT CARE. THEY HAVE MADE FALSE PROMISES ABOUT PATROLLING OR GETTING CAMERAS TO MULTIPLE TENANTS THROUGHOUT THE YEARS. THEY HIRED A PATROL OFFICER WHO DRIVES THROUGH THE APARTMENT ONCE AT ABOUT 8PM. OUR CARPORT IS SEPARATED FROM ALL OF THE OTHERS AND HE DOESN'T PATROL OVER THERE, I HAVE COMPLAINED AND THEY ASSURED ME HE WOULD PATROL OVER THERE.... For the price maybe adding ceiling light fixtures in rooms and living room may be a good idea and just maybe having a sober maintenance so they can be there on time when it's an emergency. It's quite but too many brake ins to cars which before was not such an issue. If the washers and dryers didn't stop working so frequently I wouldn't mind paying the $2 and having to record when the washer takes your money I mean how are we supposed to know when the machine will decide to take your money but not start washing it's ridiculou... read more

Beautiful grounds with lush trees. Friendly caring neighbors. Amazing staff that go above and beyond to help. They are always welcoming. I love living here. We look forward to many more years here.

Ever since I moved here in June 2015 I have nothing but great things to say about about this place. I feel safe, the tenants are amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to resolve any issues we may have. I will for sure be renewing my lease next year.
