Communications was a joke especially after I left trying to get my security deposit back. For anyone living there please review iowa code 562a.12 this deals with security deposits and what the renter can and can't do don't get scammed by them. They have thirty days to send you your money if it is not set in that amount of time they must send a written notice as to why.
