I live at Sutton Hill and I absolutely love it. It is a well kept property . The staff is amazing and very prompt when it comes to handling any issue a tenant may have, and the maintenance staff is alwsys very quick when it comes to repairs. I highly recommend this property if your looking to move .

I have lived at Sutton Hill for about 5 months, and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Daniel in the main office always emails back with helpful answers to my questions. I had a leaky dishwasher, and they came and replaced it very quickly. I soon after discovered a leak in my sink, and it was fixed the very next day. Other than that, it is a pretty quiet place to live. I also like that it is a short drive/ ride to downtown with continuous sidewalks. No trouble with neighbors thus far. I lived here for 2 years and it was the worst 2 years of my life....my car got broken into 2 different times and my fiancées car got broken into one time...the maintenance guys are friendly and the office staff changed so much it was a different lady in there every week and when they said they were going to do porch repairs and everything had to be off the patios....yeah they never did do any repairs so they don't keep their word...and also when I went to turn my keys in there was 3 cop cars and the crime scene investigators... read more

Not a resident, but I visited looking for a 1st apartment after graduating college, thinking the price point was wonderful, and would not choose to live here if I had to. As a single professional female, I did not feel safe. Apartment was decent, but the hallways/stairs were disgusting and smelled awful.
