Having never sold a house in Canada before, Rebecca Marchand guided us carefully through the whole process. She was informative and professional and helped us to purchase the right piece of land for our build and to get our house ready to go up for sale. She responded to our emails and questions promptly and couldn’t do enough to help us. We felt in very safe hands and would recommend her to anyone going through the home buying and selling process.
Be weary of Dale Swift. Miss represented an agreement with us and cost us a lot of money a little while back. Bad vibes all around.
Tried to find listing that was posted on a Sutton sign and could not find it anywhere. Also called the agent listed and she never returned the call.
Very unhelpful in finding us a place and only offered unaffordable or unsuitable accommodations.
