I am delighted by the quality of the carpet cleaning, the friendly professionalism of Diane and the pick up/delivery men and the reasonable price. Everyone was exceptionally cooperative. I highly recommend Sutton Carpet and will use them again.
Pros: They came very quickly, and did what we needed done. Con: Very Pricey! So yes, I would recommend, but only in an emergency.

Diane from Sutton called me immediately and, unlike a couple of other companies, gave me an approximate estimate over the telephone other companies made a date to examine the furniture and then give an estimate, but for different reasons never showed up. Sutton, on the contrary, made a date, was accommodating when I needed to change it, and then arrived on time.
