DIANE OF SUTTON WAS CORDIAL, RELIABLE AND HELPFUL. The CARPET CLEANING MEN WERE PROMPT AND THE CARPETS WERE WELL CLEANED. THE CARPETS WERE FINISHED WHEN PROMISED. I WOULD CERTAINLY USE AGAIN.
