Diane was excellent, providing me with a somewhat last minute appt. And her verbal estimate was almost exactly the final price (in my favor). The two gentlemen who did the cleaning were polite and friendly, taking great care of my breakables. They were also straight forward with the results I could expect. Unfortunately, and through my own neglect, they were right. They are not miracle workers, afterall! But considering what they had to work with, they were pretty darned close! No sooner did I send my request for service, did I receive a call from Diane Marine from Sutton Carpets. She was very thorough and we have agreed on next steps for cleaning my rug. Diane is a pleasure to work with.
