Sutton Carpet was a very reliable service. They picked the rugs up on time and with great efficiency considering how much furniture they had to move to "free" the rugs. They also returned and respread them on time. The rugs are beautiful and looking like new. They were a bit slow on giving me the final exact cost. However, once it was received, it was what I had been expecting with no surprises. I would definitely recommend their service.

My experience with Sutton Carpet from initial visit to discuss the project, through to installation of the final product, was extraordinary. The people at Sutton Carpet exhibited expertise in their fields and appeared to have a genuine desire to understand and satisfy our needs. Sutton Carpet has fully met my high standards of client service and should we have another commercial carpeting project, I will contact them first.
