Fit and finch not the best. In the 1st 90 days over 10 screws fell out.

Just got a 16' tandem axle trailer from Sutter Trailer Sales. Great sales rep's! Great customer service! Needed a trailer for my granite shop. I will tell everyone to buy a trailer here.
Drove 200 miles to buy a new trailer from a different place that turned out to be a piece of junk. Started calling around and Sutter has a better trailer with heavier axles for basically the same money!! Bill and his staff took great care of me and got me out the door in under 30 minutes!!
Bought a big tex there in love with it people very nice and great to deal with!
Took bread trailer in for new door spring it worked for one week. Called Sutter back and told them that their repair didn't work. Sutter informed me that my door was too heavy and design flaw and they would not repair the broken spring or issue a refund. Called overhead door to get door fixed and he informed me that Sutter put in a used spring in my door. WORST customer service EVER. We purchased a covered wagon enclosed trailer from Mark Love and there was a LARGE dent in one side panel and the caulking was peeling and not properly applied. We gave Mr. Love and his team several requests to remedy the problems and his response was less then professional, it was childish. He stated his company would NOT make it right and hung up on my husband. We will NEVER purchase from this company again. Made an appointment to have hitch installed, made sure to tell them make, model and year of truck. Dropped truck off and get a call 2 hours later, they cannot put that hitch in the truck because it won't work. Don't have time to waste, make sure you have the correct knowledge before you make appointments.
