We've had many bad experiences with them, they have deleted the previous on call ER doctor opinion in favor of the current on call doctor. Currently they discharged an immediate family member with internal bleeding in hopes it would "go away on its own", and according to their on call GI "Not important". They offered to do an endoscopy or send them home, then retracted the offer to do the endoscopy and discharged without doing anything. They did not wait for the care team from a different hospital to coordinate a transfer to... read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Took 3 times asking for help for them to help. And then when they finally realized something was wrong, they didn’t even look at my fathers past history with them. We had to tell multiple nurses his own medical history with them. You would expect that when you’ve been in and out of the hospital for a year, they would at least pay attention to you or like look up why you were there in the past. If you don’t care about your patients don’t work in the medical field.

I am in the lobby, waiting for a bone scan. How can it be, I am the youngest person here? Two people stated they were born in 1939. I told the receptionists that the CDC guidelines state 6 feet apart, yet the chairs are side-by-side. All I got today, 9-22-20, was "I will let the manager know", and an "uh hu" when I said this. The receptionist paid very little attention when I explained this and when I told her she was off calling the numbers. Indifference, no patient advocacy, wake up Sutter.

Improve is not the word , my wife was there for back surgery, had it done and that night something happened there she called me at midnight to come and pick her up Which I did , when I got there it took them an hour to bring her down with an attitude in fact the transport person took a clean gown from my wife and we don’t care if you leave here naked thank god she had a gown of her own to put on , then he proceeded to cut her I D bracelet off her and now you are officially not a patient here any longer .... what the hell giv... read more

2 yesrs ago today, we took our son Declan to the E.R. The Dr's and Nurses took great care and concern for our 1 month old, the fought hard with many life saving techniques to keep him alive. Declan was life flighted to the Sutter NICU, and is alive today thanks, to all at Sutter. We celebrate not just his birthday but on this day we celebrate his second lease on life.
