Love Sutter and my doctors at Sutter. They show me that they genuinely care and want to work with me. Thank you Dr Merriman, Liver Transplantation Specialist from CPMC and Dr Kiwan Oncologist/Hematology. They along with hospital staff every time I was hospitalized were Fabulous.
For decades our experience with Sutter has always been one of a caring, supportive environment.
The best Hospital Since Sutter Memorial closed down
My father was quarantined for precautionary and was told it was going to be removed but never did by the time I left (4) hours. Had his dinner and took 2 hours before someone removed his tray. Felt board was not updated for 3 hours between shifts and a huge language barrier.

My nurse was awesome once I got back into the room, but wasn't pleased with my doctor at all! I was in allot of stomach pain and couldn't stop moaning loudly tho I tried not to and had my doctor say kinda rudely that they know I'm in pain but I need to be quiet! I apologized allot saying I wasn't meaning too but couldn't help it! I was in serious pain until I got the Iv meds and felt bad already and embarrassed and then to have ur doctor even other nurses that weren't mine come and make u feel even more badly! Normally I have nothing but praise for this hospital and their people however I was annoyed yesterday when I drove 1 1/2 hours to my appointment and I am told at the checking desk that there must be some confusion because I am not scheduled for the 4th but for the 24th. I have the reminder card in had that days April 4th. I now have driven 3 hours and missed work but have no choice but to do it all again in 20 days. The adult ICU...Fantastic nursing staff, such loving care our loved ones received when they needed it most.
