All of the staff were rude non caring people except the P.A. and the nurse that I saw at the end was there for 5 hours it was dirty no toilet paper in the bathrooms and they were really nasty I will never go back there worst E.R I think ive ever been to do not go there
I have received great care at Sutter so far. I was a member 18 years ago and just returned due to change of employers insurance coverage.
Great facility! Everyone here from top to bottom 5 Stars! I live in the Marysville Area and work in West Sacramento. Had to have the Appendix removed. Would never think of going to my hometown Hospital Rideout it has a horrible reputation for good reason. Kudos to the entire facility they were all amazing. Special thanks to a Tawaineese RN who goes by Angel. She is indeed an angel! Thanks again you guys do an amazing job wish my hometown hospital was half as good.
I am sorry some of you have had bad experiences, but we are always well cared for at sutter

I was in the Emergency Room with my boyfriend in the middle of the night for kidney stones. The Staff was excellent, we were beyond pleased. No complaints.
Best hospital ever. Always feel like I'm being treated like family. 10x better than Kaiser or any other hospital.
the hospital was very nice the care was good and the food was very good but i am very upset because i am a type 1 diabetic pregnant with twins and i had to be admitted for a few days i had difficultys controlling blood sugars do to change of medicine and not one time did they check on my babies and 2 of there nurses seemed like they had no idea what they were doing i had to correct them i do not think that is ok or very professional need some improvements
Amazing medical facility! I would highly recommend Sutter Medical Center especially if you have children. They go above and beyond to make sure your child is comfortable.
