Every time I go to Sutter Medical I receive treatment as first class. From registering down To labs. Feel so comfortable and loved every single time. Excellent hospitality ❤️❤️❤️❤️
I took my four year old here and they turned us away because we were 1 minute late. We called urgent care ahead of time to let them know we were on our way which closes at 830pm and I literally ran in the doors at 831 and security turned us away. They said if we would have arrived at 829pm they would have helped us. It was for a child. Their website states they are compassionate for care and children but this is not the case. We are switching to Kaiser.

Sooooo very UNIMPRESSED with this facility!! I am less than 48 away from a surgical procedure and couldn't tell you what time it is because they still haven't told me yet. They decided to let me know today about pre-op things that needed to be completed. Unfortunately, due to other commitments(work) I won't be able to do all of what I needed for my pre-op. Then when I did go in to try and complete some of my pre-op at a different Sutter Facility, I was told that the information wasn't even in the computer. I will never recom... read more
The doctors are first rate. I went in for my first round of knee injections and Brian Laurits was a kind as ever.
