I recommend this place but the emergency Room waiting room needs free water dispensers with cups.If someone tells someone about a mess wet floor clean it up don't just put a wet floor sign which people will ignore and walk through spreading the liquid mess around
RecommendedMy six-year-old had outpatient surgery yesterday. Your staff and procedures were well above expectations. From the service dog visit, to placing his IV after he was under—this couldn’t have been more stress free or nurturing!! Your staff was fantastic, from entry to discharge. Thank you!! 💙💙💙
The nurses are awesome!! Very kind, compassionate and professional. There service is a little slow...but HELLO they're a level 2 trauma center.
The ER Dr. Lamb is biased towards black people.
Just left they ER HAD TO WALK out after hours of crying and pain and throwing up I still could not get a room and the staff was very rude about it... this is the second time I’ve had to walk out of this place.... I will die trying to get to UC Davis before ever stepping foot into another Sutter.
The people here were so kind and helpful. Ive never been to a hospital with such caring staff. I had surgery and then stayed and there is not one person in any of the departments that didnt treat me with the utmost respect!

Staff is top notch. Food is actually pretty good as well. No complaints. ACHD clinic is amazing.
