I was so impressed with the security system they have. They look at & scan your ID. Then they give you a visitor badge with your picture on it.
I had to go in for surgery and the entire staff was amazing from start to finish! People were patient, understanding, they took the time to explain everything, and truly made a nerve racking experience a pleasant and calming one. I can not thank the staff enough for all the dedication and help they provided.
This is my 3rd visit here in 5 months. 1st spine surgery, the 2nd was UTI and yesterday right hip replacement. The doctors, nurses, PT and staff are great. I really feel cared about. Thank you everyone who has helped me through theses stays.
From the moment I walked into regester and through the whole week and a half, each person that I have come in contact with has been as if I am among friends/family. Dr. Wilde and the whole Nero Dept. on the fifth floor continuously made my first time as a patient feel as if in my second home.
