Sussex Downs is a friendly community! The management and maintenance crew is first class. Since I've lived here, the care provided has been outstanding. The maintenance is on top of things no matter what needs attention. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone.
I don’t have anything negative to say about life here at Sussex Downs. From the office staff to the maintenance staff, they do a great job at making this a pleasant and appealing place to live.
This place is essentially the trailer park of Franklin. Domestics, constant weed smoke, tinny bass rattling your walls, broken down cars on blocks. Don't get trapped in a lease here. Unless you like partying and yelling and stuff. Then it's fine. You can honestly rent a house for what they charge for a medium sized 2 bedroom.
My husband and I are so glad we have moved to Sussex Downs. It has been an excellent experience. We are impressed with the manager, Allison, and the maintenance person, Phillip. Both have given us great customer service and best of all make us been a part of the community. The apartment has the type of extra's that make it feel like home such as wood floors, nice fixtures and an accent wall. We love living here!
I went to view an apartment and decided on the spot this is the place for me so I applied and was approved. I can't wait until I get to move into this complex it is so nice.
