Amazing people here at Susquehann Valley Vet Clinic. They genuinely care so much about the animals and went above and beyond for my dog many times. Super patient, helpful, understanding, compassionate and amazing with my terrified rescue. I never felt like they were trying to rip me off, they don't push for unnecessary things, and always straightforward. We unfortunately had to switch when we moved and miss this place so much. I have been taking my dogs here for years, from the early stages of their lives, all the way until the end, the staff and vets have always treated us fairly and our beloved dogs like their own. To me the prices are fair, however if you’re thinking “oh another vet does it cheaper”, hear it from me… I’ve been to those cheap vet clinics and you get what you pay for. Worst customer service on the phone. I wanted to bring in my new kitten for his first visit. And asked how much the services will be. She answered with annoyance. Spoke low so it was hard to hear her. Basically gave me all the info in one breath. So when I had questions she seemed annoyed as if “how could you have any questions didn’t you hear what I said in my one breath ??” Just rude. Next time speak with kindness with more professionalism & put some bass in that voice girl. Speak up !! Rudeness.
