Worst customer service on the phone. I wanted to bring in my new kitten for his first visit. And asked how much the services will be. She answered with annoyance. Spoke low so it was hard to hear her. Basically gave me all the info in one breath. So when I had questions she seemed annoyed as if “how could you have any questions didn’t you hear what I said in my one breath ??” Just rude. Next time speak with kindness with more professionalism & put some bass in that voice girl. Speak up !! Rudeness.
Vets are knowledgeable and helpful. I feel like I can trust them with my pets best interest. Staff is always friendly.
The ladies here are super friendly and helpful. They treat my babies with the Love and Kindness they deserve. Thank you all very much!!!!!
Dr. Crawford is absolutely the best. I've been taking my cats to him for almost 13 years and recently started taking my dog to see him as well.
